INDEPENDENCE PARADE ENTRANTS SOUGHT
The Point Arena Independence Parade on Main Street returns on Sunday July 3! This year’s theme is “Think Peace, Be Kind.” Community organizations, clubs and businesses are encouraged to participate in the parade to showcase the diverse variety of our region. Past entrants have included community organizations, private clubs, dance troupes, motor/cyclists, emergency response and law enforcement, and local businesses.
Those interested in participating, fill out the form below and return to City Hall. You may email it to admin@pointarena.ca.gov. The form is also available in the front door mailbox at City Hall , located on the north side of the Point Arena Veterans Building at 451 School Street in Point Arena.
Questions about the parade and requests for more information can be sent by email to admin@pointarena.ca.gov, or by contacting City Hall at 707-882-2122. City Hall is open between 9am and 1pm Monday to Wednesday, and 12 to 4pm on Thursday. Offices are closed Friday. The City Hall mailbox and voice messages are checked regularly.
