Request for Proposals for Sewer Design Services
RFP for Sewer Design Services – City of Point Arena
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Point Arena is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering firms interested in contracting with the City of Point Arena to perform design services more specifically described under the Scope of Work.
Submit two (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy PDF of the proposal clearly marked “City of Point Arena Sewer Design RFP”. Submittals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. PT, December 18, 2025 and delivered to the following address:

Proposals may also be submitted in person at Point Arena City Hall at 451 School Street in Point Arena by 4pm on December 18, 2025.
No late submittals will be accepted. Any questions with regard to submissions, process, proposals, or questions about City services can be emailed to the Tom Varga, City Engineer, at tomv15499@gmail.com.

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.
