WHAT PROPERTY OWNERS & BUSINESSES SHOULD KNOW
Contractors have indicated that sidewalks and entry areas will be pressure-washed to remove construction marking paint upon completion of the work.
Before construction begins, residents and business owners are strongly encouraged to document the current condition of their property:
- Take photographs of building exteriors
- Photograph windows, sidewalks, driveways, and entrances
- Document any existing damage or conditions
Having dated photographs can be helpful if any concerns arise regarding property conditions during or after construction.
