POINT ARENA PIER CLOSURE POSTPONED
A new date will be announced shortly!

🚧 Pier Closure Alert – April 17th 🚧

Heads up, Point Arena! The pier will be closed to all vehicle and foot traffic on Thursday, April 17th as part of the Cove Improvement Project.

A biological resources assessment is going to be conducted of the area surrounding the pier structure. We will have divers in the water with surface supplied air. Due to the nature of this work, all access to the pier will be restricted for the day. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.

🔹 What to Expect:

* Equipment trailer + air lines on the pier

* Temporary disruption (one side of the pier at a time to minimize impact)

* Informational signage at the base of the pier

We understand this is an inconvenience, but safety is our top priority. The divers will be documenting everything on video to support the project and meet regulatory standards. 🎥💧
