This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the City Council on matters not listed on the Agenda. In accordance with City Council policy, each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to Section 54954.3 of the Brown Act, the City Council cannot take action on items that are not included on the Agenda.

Esta es una oportunidad para que el público se dirija al Ayuntamiento sobre asuntos no incluidos en el Orden del Día. De acuerdo con la política del Ayuntamiento, cada orador tiene un límite de tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Ayuntamiento no puede tomar decisiones sobre asuntos no incluidos en el Orden del Día.

Si los puntos de la sesión abierta no se pueden completar antes de las 21:00 h, la reunión podrá aplazarse hasta la siguiente reunión ordinaria o el Ayuntamiento podrá votar para extenderla.
