NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Point Arena City Council will conduct a public hearing in-person and via teleconference (https://zoom.us/s/84888251095) on February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on the following:

PUBLIC HEARING DATE: February 17, 2026

The Point Arena City Council invites public comment. All interested persons may attend and be heard. Applicants or their authorized agents must appear at their hearing. If this matter is challenged in court, issues may be limited to those raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence submitted to the City Clerk before or at the hearing. Documents are available for review at the City Clerk’s Office.

The City Council’s action is final unless appealed to the California Coastal Commission. Appeals must be submitted in writing within ten (10) working days of the Commission’s receipt of the City’s Notice of Final Action. To receive notice of the Council’s decision, submit a written request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the City Clerk.
