This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.
IV. REPORTS/ACTION ITEMS – All items under this section are for discussion and possible action.
V. ADJOURNMENT
If open session items cannot be completed by 9:00 p.m., the meeting may be adjourned to the next regular meeting or Council may vote to extend the meeting.

Este es el turno para que el público pueda expresar su opinión sobre asuntos no incluidos en el Orden del Día. La política del Ayuntamiento es limitar el tiempo de cada orador a tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Ayuntamiento no podrá tomar decisiones sobre ningún punto que no figure en el Orden del Día. El público podrá intervenir simultáneamente con la convocatoria de un punto del orden del día, tras la presentación del mismo por parte del personal.
IV. INFORMES/PUNTOS DE ACCIÓN: Todos los puntos de esta sección se someten a debate y posible acción.
A) Contrato de Servicios Profesionales con Lumos & Associates para Servicios Generales de Ingeniería y la Finalización del Plan del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Windy Hollow Road
