VI. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR (Public Comment Period)
This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.

Notice to the Public: All matters listed under this category are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. If a member of the public would like an item on the Consent Calendar pulled and discussed separately, the request shall be made to a Councilmember prior to the meeting. Unless a specific request is made by a Councilmember, the Consent Calendar will not be read. There will be no separate discussion of these items.

VI. PRIVILEGIO DEL PISO (Período de comentario público)
Este es el momento para los miembros del público que deseen ser escuchados sobre asuntos que no aparecen en la Agenda. La política del Concejo Municipal es limitar cada orador a tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Concejo Municipal no puede tomar medidas sobre un tema que no aparece en la Agenda. Se permitirá que el público hable simultáneamente con la convocatoria de un tema de la agenda después de la presentación del personal de ese tema.
VIII. CALENDARIO DE CONSENTIMIENTO
Aviso al público: el Concejo Municipal considera que todos los asuntos enumerados en esta categoría son de rutina y se promulgarán mediante una moción. Si un miembro del público desea que un elemento del Calendario de Consentimiento sea retirado y discutido por separado, la solicitud deberá hacerse a un Concejal antes de la reunión. A menos que un Concejal haga una solicitud específica, no se leerá el Calendario de Consentimiento. No habrá una discusión separada de estos artículos.
