This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.

If open session items cannot be completed by 9:00 p.m., the meeting may be adjourned to the next regular meeting or Council may vote to extend the meeting.

Este es el momento para los miembros del público que deseen ser escuchados sobre asuntos que no aparecen en la Agenda. La política del Concejo Municipal es limitar cada orador a tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Concejo Municipal no puede tomar medidas sobre un tema que no aparece en la Agenda. Se permitirá que el público hable simultáneamente con la convocatoria de un tema de la agenda después de la presentación del personal de ese tema.

A) Vista previa del borrador del conjunto de herramientas de la unidad de vivienda accesoria (ADU)
B) Orientación del consejo sobre restricciones en alquileres a corto plazo en la ordenanza ADU
C) Revisar el Borrador de Enmiendas para Simplificar y Agilizar las Regulaciones de Permisos
D) Reunión informativa sobre el estado de las enmiendas de actualización de viviendas restantes
E) Revisar el cronograma para las audiencias públicas y la acción del consejo sobre las enmiendas LCP

Si los temas de la sesión abierta no se pueden completar antes de las 9:00 p. m., la reunión puede posponerse para la próxima reunión regular o el Consejo puede votar para extender la reunión.
