VI. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR (Public Comment Period)
This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.
VII. CONSENT CALENDAR
Notice to the Public: All matters listed under this category are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. If a member of the public would like an item on the Consent Calendar pulled and discussed separately, the request shall be made to a Councilmember prior to the meeting. Unless a specific request is made by a Councilmember, the Consent Calendar will not be read. There will be no separate discussion of these items.

Este es el momento para que los miembros del público que deseen ser escuchados sobre asuntos que no aparecen en la agenda. La política del Ayuntamiento es limitar a cada orador a tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Ayuntamiento no puede tomar medidas sobre un tema que no aparece en la agenda. El público podrá hablar simultáneamente con la convocatoria de un tema de la agenda después de la presentación de ese tema por parte del personal.
VII. CALENDARIO DE CONSENTIMIENTO
Aviso al público: El Ayuntamiento considera que todos los asuntos enumerados en esta categoría son rutinarios y se aprobarán mediante una moción. Si un miembro del público desea que se extraiga un tema del Calendario de consentimiento y se discuta por separado, la solicitud se debe realizar a un miembro del Consejo antes de la reunión. A menos que un miembro del Consejo haga una solicitud específica, no se leerá el Calendario de consentimiento. No habrá una discusión por separado de estos temas.

A) Consideración de una Resolución del Ayuntamiento de Point Arena que aprueba el Acuerdo Maestro de Distribución de Impuestos del Condado de Mendocino entre el Condado de Mendocino y las Ciudades de Ukiah, Willits, Fort Bragg y Point Arena
B) PRESUPUESTO DEL AÑO FISCAL 2024-2025
1) Recibir una Presentación sobre Estimaciones de Ingresos
2) Resolución 2024-18 que aprueba Gastos Provisionales
3) Resolución 2024-19 que establece el Límite GANN
C) Consideración de una Resolución del Ayuntamiento de Point Arena que aprueba la Primera Enmienda al Contrato con Marie Jones Consulting para Servicios Profesionales de Planificación y autoriza al Administrador de la Ciudad a Ejecutar el Contrato
IX. APLAZAMIENTO
Si los puntos de la sesión abierta no se pueden completar antes de las 9:00 p. m., la reunión puede aplazarse hasta la próxima reunión regular o el Ayuntamiento puede votar para extender la reunión.
