This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the City Council on matters not listed on the Agenda. In accordance with City Council policy, each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to Section 54954.3 of the Brown Act, the City Council cannot take action on items that are not included on the Agenda.

De acuerdo con la política del Concejo Municipal, cada orador está limitado a tres (3) minutos. De conformidad con la Sección 54954.3 de la Ley Brown, el Concejo Municipal no puede tomar medidas sobre artículos que no estén incluidos en el Agenda.
