This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.

REQUEST: Review and consider a recommendation to the City Council of an amendment of the City of Point Arena Local Coastal Program General Plan. GP #2025-01 proposes to incorporate sea level rise into the Community Safety & Health Element.

SOLICITUD: Revisar y considerar una recomendación al Ayuntamiento para una enmienda al Plan General del Programa Costero Local de la Ciudad de Point Arena. La norma GP n.° 2025-01 propone incorporar el aumento del nivel del mar en el Elemento de Seguridad y Salud Comunitaria.
UBICACIÓN: Dentro de los límites de la ciudad de Point Arena. La totalidad de la ciudad de Point Arena se encuentra dentro de la Zona Costera.
