V. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR (Public Comment Period)
This is the time for members of the public who wish to be heard on matters that do not appear on the Agenda. City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act Section 54954.3, the City Council may not take action on an item that does not appear on the Agenda. The public will be allowed to speak concurrently with the calling of an agenda item following the staff presentation of that item.

Notice to the Public: All matters listed under this category are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. If a member of the public would like an item on the Consent Calendar pulled and discussed separately, the request shall be made to a Councilmember prior to the meeting. Unless a specific request is made by a Councilmember, the Consent Calendar will not be read. There will be no separate discussion of these items.

V. PERÍODO DE OPINIÓN (Período de Comentarios Públicos)
Este es el momento para que los miembros del público deseen expresar su opinión sobre asuntos no incluidos en el orden del día. La política del Ayuntamiento es limitar a tres (3) minutos por orador. De conformidad con la Ley Brown, Sección 54954.3, el Ayuntamiento no podrá tomar decisiones sobre un punto que no figure en el orden del día. El público podrá intervenir simultáneamente con la convocatoria de un punto del orden del día, tras la presentación del personal sobre dicho punto.

VII. CALENDARIO DE CONSENTIMIENTO
Aviso al público: Todos los asuntos enumerados en esta categoría se consideran rutinarios por el Ayuntamiento y se aprobarán mediante una sola moción. Si un miembro del público desea que un punto del Calendario de Consentimiento se extraiga y se discuta por separado, deberá solicitarlo a un concejal antes de la reunión. Salvo solicitud específica de un concejal, no se leerá el Calendario de Consentimiento. No se discutirán estos puntos por separado.
A) Aprobación de las actas de las reuniones del Ayuntamiento del 17 de febrero y del 10 de marzo de 2026
B) Informe de aguas residuales – Informe anual de 2025
C) Informes del personal: Aguas residuales, Muelle, Calles/Parques, Administración
VIII. INFORMES/TEMAS DE ACCIÓN – Todos los puntos de esta sección se discutirán y se tomarán posibles medidas.
A) Contrato de servicios profesionales con LT Municipal Consultants para el estudio de tarifas de alcantarillado
IX. APLAZAMIENTO
Si los puntos de la sesión abierta no se pueden completar antes de las 21:00 h, la reunión podrá aplazarse hasta la siguiente sesión ordinaria o el Consejo podrá votar para prorrogarla.
