NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular meeting of September 27, 2022, the Point Arena City Council continued a public hearing on Coastal Development Permit #7-2021 to Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held both in-person at City Hall and virtually via Zoom.
Coastal Development Permit #7-2021 would approve the subdivision of an existing 0.48-acre parcel into two parcels of 0.21 and 0.27 acres and permit the development of a duplex of two 1,050 SF units per parcel.
